It's small but it's ours in this fine home furnishings store on Main St. All the way in the back is Art That Makes You Laugh®, with "Counsel Approaching The Bench (VI)" in the entry way. And this nice sized gallery is full of virtually all of my small prints and finer limited editions and some great originals of mine too. You'll get to see the original of "I Don't Do Windows"- 8 feet tall. So when you're in Hill Country, don't miss us in the best store on the best shopping street in Marble Falls.

BRECKENRIDGE, COLORADO

     Intoducing a new Leedy Humor gallery called Art on a Whim featuring Art That Makes You Laugh^® in Breckenridge, CO. This is the dream of the Raitman family from Maryland and PA. Dena, Michael and their sons Brian, Ross and Adam discovered us in Sausalito almost four years ago and fell in love with our gallery and Jeff's humorous art.

     As they neared early retirement, the notion of owning such a gallery became more of a reality and Michael contacted Jeff about buying the Sausalito gallery. That evolved into "Hey, why don't we open an Art That Makes You Laugh gallery in Breck" (locals call it that). The Leedys and the Raitmans met in Sausalito September 2007 and worked out the licensing agreement. Once that was done the race to open before ski season was on.

     Dena tells everyone she meets, "We proudly feature the humorous pastel originals and reproductions of nationally known humorist, Jeff Leedy. It makes us a most unique gallery in Breck. We also carry the work of several local artists and jewelers. All of the art is affordable and fun for the thousands of visitors who come to Breck for skiing and summer fun."

     Their son Brian does all their marketing and promotion and came up with their slogan, "So much fun you'll forget you came to ski." Aptly put and even true.

     We know you will enjoy Michael, Dena and Brian who seem to have more than their share of laughs every day with the public.

     While you are here in Breck, you will also have the chance to experience some world class skiing, shopping and our great restaurants.

     But definitely don't miss Art on a Whim featuring Art That Makes You Laugh^® in the Town Square Mall at 100 N. Main St.

     It's so much fun, you'll forget you came to ski.

     Art That Makes You Laugh^® gallery was holistically situated at the confluence of Main & Lansing Streets, and was a must see and was arguably the most fun place in the Village of Mendocino. We guaranteed you a smile or you could have your frown back. You frequently heard laughter even before you entered.

     One customer was quoted, "You lifted my spirits. I was in a bad mood when I walked in and a great mood when I left."
